A saved link without a reason can become a small mystery. The title looked interesting once. Now you cannot remember whether you wanted its argument, an example, or a design detail.
Imagine your saved folder as a shelf someone will visit next month. Give each item a one-sentence note: why it mattered, where you might use it, and whether you read it or only meant to. Those distinctions can save a second search.
You do not have to annotate everything. Choose a few links you actually want to return to. Let the others remain temporary, or remove them when they no longer serve a purpose.
A useful collection has room to change. A link that once looked essential may now be less relevant than a question you wrote yourself. The point of keeping things is to support a future action or curiosity, not to prove that you were interested in everything.
