A kindness detective watches for little ways people make life easier for each other: holding a door, listening patiently, or leaving a shared table tidy.
Choose one room or one part of the day. Notice an act of care. You do not need to write a person’s name or take a photo. Just describe the action.
Now choose one helpful thing you would like to do. Ask first if your idea affects someone else. Sometimes kindness is giving a person the space they asked for.
