Mindset — Carol S. Dweck

Dweck’s publisher describes growth mindset as the belief that abilities can develop. The useful reading question is how that belief changes your response to a difficult attempt, rather than turning it into a promise that effort always succeeds.

Our experiment: choose a small piece of work and ask one specific feedback question. Note what you tried, what the response revealed, and which method you will change. Include support or resources you may need; development need not be a solitary demand to work harder.
